Hi, I’m Jenevieve — the Billing Manager at Easential Wellness.
I help make your visit stress-free by handling billing, payments, and insurance-related questions with care and clarity. My goal is to make the admin side of your wellness experience smooth, simple, and transparent, so you can focus on feeling better.

My Story
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce in the Philippines and began my career working at a municipal office as a clerk. This early experience helped me build strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving people with professionalism and respect.
After a short time, I chose to work abroad to gain broader experience and grow both personally and professionally. Along the way, I developed valuable skills in administration, customer service, and financial processes — all of which I now bring into my role as Billing Manager at Easential Wellness.
In addition to my administrative role, I currently work as a Personal Support Worker in Wainwright, Alberta. This hands-on experience keeps me grounded in patient care and reminds me daily of the importance of empathy, respect, and clear communication. Whether I’m supporting clients directly or helping behind the scenes with billing and documentation, my goal is to contribute to a smooth, caring, and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
