Hi, I’m Oscar — a Massage Therapist at Easential Wellness.

I combine hands-on massage therapy with a strong healthcare background to support pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness. My approach is practical, client-centred, and focused on helping you feel better in your body.
My Story
My work in wellness is shaped by both hands-on therapeutic practice and years of clinical experience as a Primary Care Nurse. Supporting people with chronic conditions such as diabetes has given me a deeper understanding of how physical health, lifestyle, and recovery are connected.

Alongside massage therapy, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA), and I am a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). These credentials strengthen my ability to provide care that is informed, safe, and tailored to each client’s needs.

I have also completed a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice, which influences how I assess posture, movement patterns, and musculoskeletal imbalances during treatment. This allows me to offer more individualized care — whether you’re seeking relaxation, relief from muscle tension, or support with recovery and mobility.
